Joseph M. Brooker, Chief Executive Officer
Joe Brooker is the Chief Executive Officer of Storm
Cat Energy. Joe is a petroleum engineer and lawyer with
25 years of experience in the oil and gas business. He was
most recently Vice President and General Counsel of Medicine
Bow Energy Corporation, a Denver-based private-equity-backed
exploration and production company with operations in the Rockies,
Mid-Continent and East Texas. Prior to that, Joe was Vice
President of Land and General Counsel of Shenandoah Energy Inc, a
Denver-based private-equity-backed exploration and production company
with operations in the Uinta and Raton Basins. Mr. Brooker received a
B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate.
from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1989. |

Keith
J. Knapstad, President and Chief Operating Officer
Keith Knapstad is President and Chief Operating Officer
for Storm Cat Energy. Keith
has a strong managerial and operational background,
most recently as Manager Powder River Basin Assets
for J. M. Huber Corporation; a privately held corporation
with extensive unconventional resource holdings.
Prior to Huber, Keith worked for Marathon Oil Company/Pennaco
Energy in the Rocky Mountain region managing a multi-disciplined
team responsible for engineering and development
of various Rocky Mountain producing areas. Keith
is an ambitious professional with proven abilities
in executive leadership, project management, reserve
evaluation/ reporting, and operational expertise.
Keith received a BS in Petroleum Engineering
from Montana Tech in 1984. |

Paul
Wiesner, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Wiesner is the Chief Financial
Officer for Storm Cat Energy. He has over 20 years experience,
13 of which have been in the oil and gas industry for
upstream and mid stream companies with financial responsibilities
ranging from Analyst to Vice President of Finance. Most
recently, Paul was CFO for NRT Colorado Inc.,
a $125,000,000 a year revenue corporation with over 150
employees and 20 locations. Paul holds an MBA
from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from
Claremont McKenna College. |

William I. Kent, Director of Investor Relations
William Kent is the Director of Investor Relations for Storm
Cat Energy. William was most recently Senior Manager of Investor
Relations at Dex Media, Inc. Prior to Dex, William worked as a
Director of capital markets intelligence for Thomson Financial. William
holds a MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of
Business and a BA from Trinity College.
